Rattlesnake Tactical has created this MOLLE compatible medical pouch to be integrated into whatever system you use; load-bearing vests, range bags, plate carriers, or battle-belts. Anything that is compatible with MOLLE webbing can host this pouch. Available in multiple colors, this empty RTAC IFAK pouch can blend into your gear if its black, green, tan, or other tactical patterns. A PVC "Red Cross" patch will come with the pouch, so it can easily be identified as the medical pouch for emergencies.
This pouch is specially designed to be rapidly opened and used, with tough zippers on both sides and a heavy pull strap, as every second counts in these sorts of situations. The idea is that in an emergency, you can quickly pull the strap straight down and the entire kit opens and displays all the critical gear you need, preventing any digging through pouches or bags.Â
